These Terms and Conditions govern your use of iptvfootball.uk and the IPTV Football subscription service. By accessing our website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

IPTV Football provides an IPTV subscription giving you access to live football matches, Sky Sports, BT Sport and related sports channels over the internet. We deliver IPTV M3U playlist links and Xtream codes IPTV credentials for use with compatible third-party applications.

We do not produce, host or own any broadcasted content. We provide technical access infrastructure only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions and Pricing

3.1 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on the website (£25 for 3 months, £35 for 6 months, £49 for 12 months, £259 Lifetime). All prices include VAT where applicable. Price changes do not affect existing subscriptions.

3.2 Payment

Payment is taken in full at purchase via secure third-party providers. We do not store full card details.

3.3 No Automatic Renewal

None of our subscriptions renew automatically. When your plan expires, you can purchase a new one if you wish to continue.

4. Delivery and Activation

After successful payment we deliver your IPTV M3U link and Xtream codes by email and/or WhatsApp within 1 to 5 minutes. Your subscription begins when we issue your credentials.

5. IPTV Free Trial

We may offer an IPTV free trial / instant trial IPTV access at our discretion. Trial accounts have limited duration and channel access. Trial use is governed by these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell or sublicense your access credentials
• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
• Use a single subscription on more devices than allowed
• Resell or commercially exploit any part of the service

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised use, notify us immediately at contact@iptvfootball.uk.

8. Service Availability

While we make every reasonable effort to provide a stable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, network outages, force majeure events or third-party content provider changes.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, design elements and content on iptvfootball.uk (excluding third-party broadcasted content) are owned by or licensed to IPTV Football.

10. Refunds and Cancellation

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages
• We are not liable for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill

Nothing excludes our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
